For any countries we have our own security policies. There's a lot of NGO's that helps people for all kinds of issues. Particularly in some part of our world which is really need help from other countries. In Africa the government improves all departments and organization for the protection of the citizen.
It was reported that each year there are millions of innocent people are abused and killed. That is why it is a big help for everyone to have organizations that support any legal rights of an individual. Most of the people don't know what to do or do not even know where they can ask for help. Most of people just let this pass so that's why it might happen all over again to someone else.
