PTCL Posts Rs. 1.94 billion Profit for the Q2-2010 Posted: 24 Feb 2011 05:48 AM PST PTCL Posts Rs. 1.94 billion Profit for the Q2-2010 is a post from: ProPakistani Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) today has announced a net profit of Rs. 1.94 billion for second quarter 2010, showing a 31 percent decline from Rs. 2.78 billion recorded in the same period last year. PTCL half yearly net profit for year 2010-11 stood at Rs. 4.02 billion compared to Rs. 5.35 billion for the preceding year. President PTCL Walid Irshaid commenting on the results said,

Though, some gurus could share PTCL EVO's internet with "Internet Connection Sharing" or ICS, however, not everyone knew the technique. Zardari Secretly Visited UAE to Settle Issues with Etisalat Posted: 24 Feb 2011 12:17 AM PST Zardari Secretly Visited UAE to Settle Issues with Etisalat is a post from: ProPakistani President of Pakistan, Mr. Asif Ali Zardari recently had a 2 hours visit to UAE without letting anyone know to speak with the Arabian government for the resolution of dispute and pending payment issues with Etisalat, reported Dawn today without naming any source. Etisalat is long holding USD 800 million against its 2.6 billion dollar purchase of PTCL's 26 percent shares. Etisalat is apparently holding this money due to disputes with the Pakistan government over legal transfer of land and property titles. According to Dawn, the outcome of Zardari's visit is very promising. Citing an official, paper claims that Etisalat is likely to pay entire pending amount within few days.
